係PP shop到關門即興去食飯, 可能已是9:15p, 所以安排到窗口位. 餐廳樓底超高, 四周被落地窗包圍, 入面open kitchen設計, 空間感極大, 簡單設計, 十分舒服.Order了sparkling water + 紅酒一杯, waiter哥哥還送上一人一杯sparkling wine. 因覺得好飲, 請waiter哥哥介紹一下, 是Italy Astoria 9.5 cold wine. 他見我喜歡, 又添多一杯給我們. 他還很pro的介紹每碟我們要點的菜有什麼特色.Pre-appetizer來了個核桃紅菜頭湯清清味蕾. Appetizer order了Foie gras + soup (忘記了男友order乜嘢湯). Foie gras煎得過熟了點, 配青蘋果絲&紅蘿蔔汁感覺清新, 自己加了點鹽, 味道不錯. Main course 要了個cod fish & lobster spaghetti. Cod fish係slow cooked既, 肉質嫩滑又彈牙, 一流, 好少有餐廳可以整到咁既水準. . 本來話要再拿grappas給我試, 但因要揸車, 所以拒絕了他的好意......下次見咯


總括來說, 用料新鮮, 廚師手藝一流, 多用意大利材料, 地道意大利口味. 送的食物飲品質數也高, 令人食得很愉快
