I have always wanted to try this Michelin starred ramen but never made it.Shugetsu now has three branches with the newest branch in CWB and it is quieter at this branch, however they don't open on Mondays!!They serve ramen and Tsukemen.Tsukemen is the award winning one but I was here for the spring onion ramen after seeing all pictures with spring onion overload!!It was just as good as expected and there is so much spring onion to last you through all the ramen and I appreaciate how finely chopp

It was just as good as expected and there is so much spring onion to last you through all the ramen and I appreaciate how finely chopped they are.
The best thing was that the spring onions miraculously stayed crisp all the way and balanced the strong fishy broth.

The shio broth was very different but the strong salt taste was addictive without being too salty,.

I am so glad there is a good ramen joint in CWB and the spring onion ramen is a must try.
