The menu of Cafe Another stopped me in my tracks. At first I thought it was a regular cha chan teng. Or may just like it said ... another cafe. But it served omurice! I love omurice! Thus, we went in.The place is spacious enough. The menu is in English and Chinese. They have a variety of omurice selections. And if you come at lunch time, they offer the drink for free.However, they also offer salads and other items if you don't want omurice.When we were there, they also had an afternoon tea set

The drinks you can select with your set is the usual. But they did have a cute little bottled milk tea. It wasn't very good but it was cute.
Boyfriend ordered from the afternoon tea set. This is the Yakiniku Beef Submarine ($40). The beef had a lot of black pepper so it covered all taste of the beef. The bun wasn't even toasted. Felt a bit sad. Though there was a hearty portion of beef.
I only wanted omurice and chose the Creamed Chicken Omurice Curry ($72). Portion wasn't very large. The curry sauce was quite nice and so was the cream sauce. There were several slices of poached chicken breast meat. Everything felt like it came from a package roux.
The omurice was ok though it did feel like it was from pre-packaged roux. Portion wasn't very big. Not sure if I'd return.
