Colour Brown Cafe is a fun little cafe to visit in Sai Kung. They seem to carry a few types of coffee beans, which is self-roasted. A homey type of cafe. And apparently, their quality has improved!. 2 x Single Espresso -
These Espressi were visibly tuned by the barista a couple of times 1st, before he was happy with the final shots and gave it to us the customers. I like their mentality, when they would rather hand you some finely tuned shots rather than worrying about material wastages for profit margin. They certainly put Quality > Profit!

The downside to this? The espresso is only made from a fairly generic Brazilian Santos No.2 bean. A fairly stable & neutral bean which is soothing, even a bit 'salty', but without much perceivable characteristics. For me personally, this is a slightly boring Single Origin bean, others and Italians use as a base of a more sophisticated blend! May be Colour Brown can work out some better interesting blends!
