天氣炎熱,但因為疫情關係冇得番鄉下日本,唯有帶老婆去食omakase。 我地去左觀塘既菊月町,地方清靜,裝潢富有日本風。我地叫左兩個焰月套餐 (HKD980 per set)。第一道茶係先付:紫薯木魚豆腐昆布。賣相好靚,有金箔伴碟,而豆腐係口感極滑,柴薯就非常清新同略帶甜咪。係個非常好既開胃菜。跟住黎既就係時令季節刺身五點:間八(青瓜醋),池魚(兩食 : 厚切,他他),目鯛,八爪魚盅同埋海膽。間八係高級魚之一,師傅用左青瓜醋黎整,魚既味道同口感係好清新,為之後既刺身打開味蕾衝擊既大門。池魚佢有兩食,個人覺得口感爽,食落去覺得脂肪既比例適當,一啲腥味都冇,而且有種回甘既感覺。目鯛係種白肉魚,食落去口感都係爽脆個類,味道唔錯。八爪魚盅賣相吸引,加埋粒魚春,成個構圖栩栩如生,整到好珍珠咁,味道比之前幾道刺身略較爽同味道相對濃一點。跟住到海膽(賣飛佛),師傅將手板咁大塊既幾海膽放係我地手背上,因為如果用其他食具可能會影響個味道。個人覺得咁樣食法好新穎有趣而且長見識。海膽味道非常鮮甜,係我個人食咁多間omakese最好既之一。漬物就有白粟米。佢地係高纖低脂一族,只係較少玉米黃素而已,但對人體健康

漬物就有白粟米。佢地係高纖低脂一族,只係較少玉米黃素而已,但對人體健康依然有正面既影響。個人覺得味道清甜,係好好既食材為我地漱一漱口,準備之後既鐵板燒。

鐵板燒二款有甘鯛同埋煙燻昆布鮑魚。。
炸既甘鯛好似有著活靈活現既魚鱗,味道爽脆唔膩。魚肉清甜。

至於個鮑魚,真係要俾個大like,味道ichiban,好大隻,肉質鮮嫩,加埋用鮑魚肝整既配菜,冇得彈。

跟住黎既就係手握壽司五貫。有拖羅,木魚果凍鱸魚壽司,粒子,赤身同埋金目鯛。
個人覺得拖羅口感嫩滑,味道唔錯。

跟住黎既就係手卷拖羅蓉。我地道親眼睇住師傅用火槍將啲魚油逼哂出黎成就個手卷,真係眼睛舌頭都大滿足。
