To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次約咗朋友來IFC呢間江南食中菜，見佢用信用卡有折，所以就叫咗呢一個四人餐$988成個四人餐呢都幾抵食㗎，包括左：菜肉雲吞湯 (4粒）韭菜盒子（4件）麻醬雞絲粉皮江南尖筍烤麸江南水晶肴肉杭州龍井蝦仁蟹肉賽螃蟹宮保雞丁清炒菜心海皇羹 × 4鴛鴦高力（4粒）紅燒鮑魚拌麵 × 2我自己最鍾意呢，就係韭菜盒子同埋麻醬雞絲粉皮韭菜味超濃郁，用了十足，超豐富！麻醬雞絲粉皮夠晒博調味適中，再配合埋青瓜絲，撈埋一齊食，超級透心涼！
