To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天真是開心極了！同事們提前為我慶祝生日，因為IFC Mall在公司附近，所以我們特地來到「江南」食上海小籠包。江南其實是翡翠拉麵的高級版，而我的同事告訴我，他們的菜單裡還有很多杭州的菜色呢！首先他們的出品速度非常快，蔥油拉麵味道不錯，它有一碗紅色的調味油，然後又上來一碗菜肉雲吞拉麵，依然保持水準，只是碗麵比以前小了一些。接下來是上海小籠包，味道一如既往地好。然後我們點了一份花雕醉雞，味道OK，不過唔夠香少了點花雕酒的味道，雞骨多肉少。另外我們還點了一份火腿津白，這個非常好吃，既不太膩，又不太鹹，入味恰到好處。還有金網肉豚鍋貼，看起來不錯，味道還可以。最後上來清除蝦仁和海蜇頭，味道還可以，只是海蜇頭稍嫌醋味有點濃！江南中環港景街1號國際金融中心2樓2018-2020號舖💰均消費$150
