主題由來最主要來自這店的法籍廚師與法籍老闆娘, 老闆娘無論在說歡迎、再見、多謝等也是用法語, 而其他時間便說流利易聽但帶住點點法國口音的英語, 加上她那對淺藍色眼珠與店內滲出淡淡的法式味道, 很有情懷當日早了點來到, 不過老闆娘好 nice 地叫我們坐下, 還反叫我們等一會因廚師們在預備中; 由於距離正式開店時間還有 15 分鐘, 所以暫時未有其他客人而我與友人可以慢慢欣賞店內的裝潢
