Saw some fancy cakes at Maxim’s so took a look.They had meringue tarts and these desserts which looked like Trifles.Even though it was not a trifle I still decided to try it.It was nice that it was similar to a trifle but the yellow part on top was not custard but crème brulee which tasted like sweet white chocolate.Not my cup of tea but you can get a delicious trifle at Marks and Spencers for only $20
