To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. The staff was very impolite with us. A woman, who seems to be the boss, treated us in a very bad manner. I think it was because we were not from HK and we couldnt speak cantonese. She didnt understand when we asked for salt or white rice in english, so she just laughted at us. The food and price was ok but not worth it if you are going to be treated that way.I cant understand how a Michelin Star Restaurant can have this kind of people working. I think English is a must.There is no bathroom insid

There is no bathroom inside the restaurant, you have to go into the mall if you wanna use the washroom. So inconvenient.
