I came here for drinks and an early dinner. I'm on a detox at the moment so I can't say much about the drinks though they seemed to have a great selection. We all had the burgers and shared tater tots (took us back to high school days!). Omg where do I begin with the burgers? They were most definitely the best I have had in HK for a LONG time!! The bread to meat proportion, quality of food, amount of filling, everything was just RIGHT for me! We ended with smores and I was glad that the chocolat

The bread to meat proportion, quality of food, amount of filling, everything was just RIGHT for me! We ended with smores and I was glad that the chocolate was not overly sweet. I think the marshmallows could've been melted just a little bit more but other than that it was delicious. I will be going back very very soon.
Last but not least, the service was commendable, from start to finish, I can't really fault Bitters and Sweets and the team, great job guys!
