This is my first time to Cucina and I was attracted by their afternoon tea and also promotion where you can prepay $500 coupon with $350(the website starts with K). The tea set came and it was plated elegantly and looked amazing with the background of of Victoria Harbor.
The focus of the savory was just as good as the dessert. The saltiness of the duck liver matched with the mildly sweet almond macaron. The tartness of the tomato jelly also complemented the crab and mozzarella.
Out of all desserts, the tiramisu was the best. It was moisy and creamy and you can savour the whole in one bite. If there is one flaw, I think they should make the raspberry sauce a bit thicker as after squeezing it inside the bombolini, it easily leaked out.
