Tried these noodles ages ago.At that time they didn't come in individual packets which makes them prone to humidity etc.Now they are packaged and clearly labelled.Tried the truffle one and porcini which is thin and thick.Porcini noodles:Truffle noodles:Both were convenient and quick to eat, all you do is add hot water and let the noodles soften for a bit and they are ready to eat.I decided to have mine with abalone and fishmaw so plonked them on top!
