To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

We came here yesterday for sushi lunch. After requesting a table for 3 (it was me, my wife and our 1 year old baby), we sat down and ordered. Then, only after we had ordered, the server asked us to sit at separate tables. I said the limit on 2 people per table dining in is exempted for people from the same families, and besides our baby is just 1. She went and got her manager. So we got up and left. Went to another restaurant that respects the law without being rude and inconsiderate. These guys have lost our business forever.
