Wonton noodle was served in a big boiling hot bowl. Noodle was the traditional Shanghai style. Soft and in big portion. Wonton was insanely good🤩Incredibly smooth and thin wrapping, with the savoury meaty filling mixed with few vegetables. Taste very homemade and traditional. Along side with couple crunchy bakchoi.
Moving on to the deep fried pork chop dan dan noodle, it was another surprise! Noodle was topped with pickles which seems oriental. While mixing the noodle, peanut butter was at the bottom. Each bite was an explosion of flavour. Spiciness with crunchy peanut taste. Very indulgent. Deep fried pork chop was thoughtfully deboned. Crispy coating and juicy meat. Not suitable for bone lover.
Steam vegetables dumplings was nice. Simple light flavour. Wrapping was soft with stuffed leafy vegetables. Earthy taste was warming.
Xiaolongbao was alright. Pretty thick wrapping with a bit mushy meat stuffing. Not much soup inside. Not a good one but not too bad, just comparably let down among the other dishes.
Definitely going to come back trying their stir fried dishes. Pretty attempting from the menu.
