increasingly poor value

we have eaten here regularly over the last few years. the braised beef noodle was always tasty and reasonable size. The last visit I noticed smaller portion size than before and brought it to the attention of the waitress who was not interested. poor value. service is usually efficient but seem understaffed these days. Steamed buns not as well executed as before. Definite drop in standards and value.
