We were saddened to learn that our fav pizzeria in town, Kytaly had to close down due to management disputes earlier this year (but there’s news they’ll be back again soon! can’t wait🤩)Lucky enough, we’ve been able to discover this newly opened pizzeria at Pacific Place which also manages to serve some seriously good pizzas to beat our cravings🙌🏼😻_Their name Emmer refers to an ancient, organic heritage grain, which the resto uses together with rye and Italian flour to create their pizza dough.Th

Their name Emmer refers to an ancient, organic heritage grain, which the resto uses together with rye and Italian flour to create their pizza dough.
The result is something that’s not the most authentic napoleon style🙈 Despite so, it wins our heart with it’s beautiful balance between that crunch and chewiness, robust flavour of grains and lovely char on the surface. We enjoyed it so much we actually couldn’t help but finish up the entire crust!

Toppings are just as much of a delight! Absolutely loved the 𝘿𝙞𝙖𝙫𝙤𝙡𝙖 $148 🌶 - the slight spiciness of the salami, the sweet smokiness of the peppers and the creaminess of the mozzarella all go together soso well, lending to a flavourful pizza that’ll keep you hungry for more🤤
And their 𝙁𝙪𝙣𝙜𝙝𝙞 $138 🍄🧀 topped with portobello, crimini, thyme and cheese will surely leave all mushroom lovers super satisfied! Love how you get that lovely cheese flavour but it’s not drenched in cheese so it doesn’t get too heavy. Plus the aroma and flavour of all those succulent mushrooms are just out of the world🤤

Wouldn’t go so far to claim that Emmer’s the best pizza place in town, but they surely stand out among the plethora of pizzerias with their premium pizza toppings, unique crust, fast & friendly service, and great vibes💓 No doubt we’ll be revisiting
