Chaat 好唔好食? 我會話係hk 我最鐘意既米芝蓮一星。今日適逢屋企人生日,book咗嚟chaat 試my,一開始我都冇People太大期望,因為始終係印度菜,大部份都係香料唔覺會有任何驚喜,但之後我發覺我自己係完全錯咗,顛覆咗我對印度菜嘅認識。前菜我地叫左baked samosa😋😋😋😋😋,我哋係唔食大樹菠蘿嘅,但係waitress都係recommand左我哋食,佢話唔會有大樹菠蘿味咁我哋就試吓,一食落去真係完全唔似大樹菠蘿,佢包裝到成個雪糕筒咁識落口好似肉味。之後我哋叫咗佢哋嘅燒羊架😋😋😋😋😋,佢係用炭火燒相片有開心過,比起其他羊㗎,佢係比較林申,好容易咬開非常好食。我哋仲叫咗佢哋嘅signature old delhi butter chicken😋😋😋😋😋,呢個真係我食過最好食嘅butter chicken,個source 非常smooth又唔會琴左個雞味。另外我地叫左palak panneer 其實係芝士菠菜😋😋😋,如果唔食得辣嘅可以佢哋其他菜式。
