Kwun Tong always has many different gems in their industrial buildings, and this time trying out Katsuo Udon for the first time. It looked so legit as they had their actual factory in the same building making the udon. I got the one with lime + fish on the side, and the other cold udon with sesame sauce. We also got the tempura egg, first time ever trying this and it was so good 😍I do wish that the udon was a bit softer, since it was a bit hard for my liking.The sauces were definitely refreshing

The sauces were definitely refreshing for the hot summer days, but I got a bit thirsty afterwards. Not sure if it’s a bit too salty or what.
