Spanish octopus fine, “too” tender octopus, like the potato in there. lamb skewers fine, if you like soft texture and weak lamb aroma, you would like it. Not good not bad...My knowledge you won’t grill the seafood to make ceviche. You use citrus juice to raw cook marinaded it?
