We've been there for the brunch menu on a Sunny Saturday.
Weather was nice and worth to mention since the restaurant is offering large windows with a decent view.
The main concept of the restaurant is to have truffle on top of any dish including desserts.
Starting with an assortment of breads (not homemade to my knowledge) with some unsalted butter (it may sound insignificant but not for French people) and some kind of cream cheese...
None of their truffled olive oil offered and no olive oil at all on the table...
Realized that there was not salt and pepper neither...

For starters, I got the scallops while my partner got the foie gras.
Portion was fine but the seasoning not enhancing the scallops. I couldn't distinguish whether the scallops were fresh or frozen to be honest.
The foie gras was nice but it was surprising that it was just served with some fruits and nothing more (specific bread, chutney or confit).

Soupes (1 lobster and 1 mushrooms) were OK and unfortunately I didn't feel the the truffle shavings and truffled oiled enhancing whatever.
(some croutons here or shredded cheese for the lobster soup would have been a plus)

Came the main dishes, catch of the day was seriously ridiculous... and simply pretentious. The fish was well cooked as least.

Pasta with king prawns and lobster sauce was plain and ordinary. I had to request some additional pepper and olive oil to "elevate" the overall taste.
(I think some grilled chopped garlic or smashed nuts or pistachio would have create some great combo).

Finally, dessert of the day was an apple crumble that is not even worth to mention.
Coming surely out of the fridge, not crispy as a crumble should be nor satisfying as caramelized apples should feel.

Beside the lack of salt and pepper (not even proposed), oil on the table, I was particularly disgruntled by :

1) the fact that the waiter didn't let me taste the whine and just poured it in my glass. (luckily it was not a bad one)
2) they don't shave truffles in front of you so you just have no idea how fresh or what kind of truffle you are eating
3) seeing another waiter crossing the restaurant with a pile of dirty dishes and opposite to the kitchen...

All in all, I don't think the experience was this bad and I did enjoy the food that I would rate as decent, but I would definitely not recommend it as a good option.
