To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. first i dont know how it’s competing with espresso alchemy just next to it - but doesn’t have power outlets that people could use when they’ve come a long way for a serene working environment. second the waitresses were either too busy or too not friendly. third the pasta with aubergine in it was plain disappointment. the aubergine was supposed to be the star but it was poorly cooked - as in the tomato flavour was not blended into it, and it was a bit harder than i expected. i mean yeah it’s on

OK done with my complaints. now i have to say the rose soy latter was really good, very aromatic and every sip was refreshing. i ate the petals and they were um ok hahahha.
ok enough venting. i might have had a bad day so that’s a bit much complaining. in general if i wasn’t going here for work i would have appreciated the experience more. hehe till next time!
