To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Here is the bread service, so-so onlyFried Baby Calamari, Zucchini with Tartar Sauce - the potion is unexpectedly big for an antipasto, looks more like pasta 😂 Quite appetising to have Zucchini mixed with the baby Calamari though. Sardinian Pasta Fregola with Langoustine, Prawns and Lobsters - the small ball pasta gives a chewy texture perfectly dressed with seafood flavoured sauce. The shrimps are fresh and moist, very well cooked 👍🏽

The Toothfish is kinda disappointing… I expect something rich but it’s lack of flavour and a bit dry… The seasoning on the surface does not help neither, I’d prefer the broccoli instead 🥲

The dim light and comfortable seating environment makes it a nice place for gathering or long private chat. Food are ok, main courses need to be better at this price range.
