I ordered the Italian grass jelly noodles as take out, because take-out is better than dine-in, the ginger sauce is separated, and you can control how much sauce to mix it.Also dine-in, they only have spoons and plastic forks to use, and both are difficult to use as you can imagine the difficulty spooning the noodles.Since that dessert is famous, I think it should be served with chopsticks to emphasize they are noodles.Even "Sweet heart" serves their mango ho-fun with chopsticks to highlight the

Other than that, it tasted ok, the ginger was slightly too strong, or if served with chocolate sauce or ice-cream sounds good too.
