Came to Sai Kung to try a few shops I was keen on visiting. BIBINI is a new gelati shop, mostly 'home made' by a friendly Italian Guy, promising no artificial colours and trans fat. $42 for 3 Flavours, the portioning is slightly bigger than Milkissimo's 3 Flavours, but its weird to see people complain that's expensive, considering how much more effort and ingredients cost it will take to make a natural flavoured Gelato flavour compared to Frozen Yogurt or a cup of Coffee. Ordered these flavours:

1) VANILLA - This looked more yellow than anticipated. Made from Mexican Vanilla paste rather than cooked from scratch of real vanilla pods, this batch was slightly too strong than the owner had intended, as he explained.
2) COFFEE - This had a bit of coffee flavouring.
3) PISTACHIO - This one looked the right part as the colours looked natural. Flavour was enjoyable.

Texture of their frozen gelato is not icy but more syrupy, I personally think there's slightly too much dextrose and other things to achieve this texture, but it was enjoyable in the end.
Its already More Natural than many other Shops ..
