Came here for a gathering with a couple of friends visiting from the US and booked the private room with the most space and best view. There were 14 of us. We chose the $888 menu. On balance the meal was good and for sure no MSG in the food. I enjoyed the eel, coconut chicken soup and the chicken the most. The dishes we had did not have the most expensive ingredients but they offer the nostalgic “traditional HK flavors” from the good old days .....We ordered one extra dish and Ding Grandpa cook

We ordered one extra dish and Ding Grandpa cooked the beef stir fried w asparagus for us and we can see him cook through the glass window. There is also a TV in the private room and broadcast live from the kitchen. You can refer to my photo.
Throughout the night, he came to our room twice. He must have spent at least 15 mins at the end of our meal sharing his techniques with us. Very generous of him.
