A newly opened modern izakaya 🇯🇵 with a friendly environment that is suitable for friends and family gathering! On the night I visited, there was huge gathering next to me and the ambience was so good! Izakaya is all about the variety of finger foods and snacks, and they nailed it🎉 The spread of foods was just an iceberg of their extensive menu. First time eating and it was so amazing! It’s basically mixture of marinated fish with cream cheese. It was like the best beer snack🍻 But the taste was quite heavy and wine is a must to go with this dish.

Another best beer companion. It was sweet and chewy with mild savoury flavour. Imagine grilled squid but with friendlier chew!

It is a must to get grilled items in an izakaya and I ordered every protein each including ox tongue, chicken thigh with leek, pork belly, lamb rack and portobello to have a sampling. All were nice. Not surprising but promising👍🏼

Quite a high quality one considering the price! Very meaty one with nice saline flavour.

Not a very appealing appearance and the amount of onion was much outweighed the amount of crab meat and paste. But the taste was alright after all.

It was definitely the best cake I had in 2021 and it was supplied by Teakha🤩 It was dream like and I still crave for it today. It was so fluffy and light but at the same time, you would be feeling like eating nothing. It was the best possible texture. The flavour was a bomb too. Pandan is a tricky flavour. Too little, you can’t feel it. Too much, it will overpower. But this one was amazing together with the coconut and egg flavours💚The final touch of corn flakes was remarkable to add little complexity to the masterpiece. Please make sure you order it if you see this one.

The signature cake from teahka as the name might have suggested. Teakha is a tea 🍃speciality and you could be guaranteed for quality products when it comes with tea as the ingredient. This one was flawless. Right sweetness, rich texture and lengthy flavour. Imagine get this cake and a cup of hot tea, just a 💯 afternoon sorted.
