We had a fantastic dinner at this new Japanese izakaya w/ Jazz music and delicious food last week!We started with the Evita, and I was quite surprised the sauce was not too spicy which I expected, and the hotate was fresh. We totally agreed the deep-fried chicken wing and tempura rock prawns were delicious, especially the chicken wings. Even we didn’t taste the spice immediate, it was still hot enough. The tempura rock prawns looks pretty cute, seems to be popcorn, and the dressing was savoury.
Fifty shades of Tuna was our one of favourite dishes. Chef was kind and explained the dishes. The tuna was fresh and delicate, but the rice roll was good also because the seaweed was crispy.
I loved the Wagyu Sando very much because the wagyu tenderloin was juicy and tender, and although the milk bread was toasted, inside of it was soft.
The Matcha dessert was a hit for both of us, as the bitterness of the Matcha mousse cake is just covered by the sweetness of the red bean ice cream. We definitely will visit again because of the awesome food and amazing Sake!
