💌 Average quality food, the seafood/ sushi/ sashimi platter seems to be served with frozen seafood, which is flavorless and lacking in freshness. But the Boujee Sando is actually pretty good, ig-able and rich in flavours for all 4 sandos.

▶️▶️ It’s a good spot for celebrating birthday though, with live jazz band singing birthday songs to you 😜 (5 out of 5 tables for our visit are for birthday celebrations 🎉)

Omggggg the best Wagyu sando I have ever had. It’s appearance just wow me😂 love the colour of the Wagyu katsu tenderloin so much! The Mayo and katsu sauce didn’t override the taste of the Wagyu. Those milk bread were slightly toasted with a lovely golden surface🍞 the texture of the sando was superb. I couldn’t say a word after the first bite.... it’s simply amazing no joke😂 the tenderloin was so tenderrrrrr🤯 would definitely encore because of this🐮

I love boozy brunch so thought it’d be a great idea to visit Silencio for a weekend brunch.

The place is chic. Was a bit surprised there’s only 5 tables with guests on a Saturday.

It looks really fancy! Like glowing in the dark. I do love the one with caviar most. Caviar makes a good match with the wagyu. Truffle and foie gras one is good as well. Never go wrong with these two combinations. For the uni one, I think uni should always go with something light, like prawns.

Silcencio Signature Dessert Platter
This platter is quite sad especially that chocolate cake. Not sure if they tried to make something like the one in Zuma. But we barely ate this course.


To sum up, was quite disappointed to the food. Other than the wagyu sando, dishes are pretty average. Staffs are friendly and lovely. But one lady did pour tap water to my glass but we were having sparkling water instead. Overall, not really recommend to visit here for the brunch. Probably doing a la carte for the sando or sashimi will be a better choice.

My favourite is definitely the boujee sando! Using Mizayaki A4 wagyu tenderloin, which is topped with kewpie mayo and tonkatsu sauce and served on chewy milk bread, the meat is utterly soft and juicy.

The restaurant had a quiet, dim ambience with modern influences. 


We sat down and ordered a bottle of red wine 🍷 and fusion Japanese food to share from their short and simple menu. 



Japanese King and Snow Crab Salad 🦀 with kohlrabi, fruit tomato and kani miso (HK$ 188) was very refreshing and absolutely delicious with different textures at every bite.
Super beautiful in presentation too. Highlight of the night!
 Definitely recommend trying! 
Only thing was the portion size. All of us just had a small scoop to share.

Their signature Fifty Shades of Toro (HK$ 298) 🍣consisted of 2 pieces of otoro, chu toro and akami each. Yummy! 
But actually not very remarkable as you could find it in most izayakas along with other types of maki rolls, probably at a lower price too.

For desserts, we had Matcha cheesecake (HK$ 88) and Hokkaido (HK$ 98). You could definitely give the matcha cheesecake a miss. It was very bland without any texture or flavors. Very forgettable
On the other hand, Hokkaido was marvelous!
 It was panna cotta with white chocolate, brown butter ice cream and full of textures. We all enjoyed that very much! 



Dinner for 4 people (with a bottle of red wine) was : HK$ 2234.


Overall, the food here is very delicious but it's quite expensive due to the small portion size. We only ordered very limited food at this price. Hard for sharing. Most people would be leaving hungry. Worth to try once! Or if someone else is paying

Thumbs up to their front of house for the pretty decent floor service to recommending through their signatures and including cocktails. Ambience was great and is a perfect place for conversations and the seats spacing between was just perfect for the privacy and comfort.

Every aspect from trying their signature wagyu sando (this just simply blew us off!!) to tempura and cocktails, every dish and drink we were recommended didn’t disappoint us.

Overall, we left with satisfaction and will definitely be back for more!

The sake served here had a bold yet refreshing taste to it. However, the white wine really paled in comparison literally. Even after I tried drinking some water and eating some food, the white wine was still bland. They kindly offered to serve another white wine when they asked my opinion about the food and drinks. However, since their sake was quite good, I decided to stick with the sake though I appreciated their gesture.

The main course came and it was definitely a stunner. The fried bread had a lovely golden colour to it and the the crunchy outside was a splendid contrast to the extremely tender wagyu inside. It was juicy and the slight mayonnaise reduced the oiliness of the wagyu without adding additional greas to the dish. Though I have to be honest, this is the first Wagyu Sando I tried so I can't compare it to other places.

Dessert came and it was my favorite, all consisting of berries. The presentation wasn't exactly superb but the flavors, especially after the wagyu sando, definitely makes up for its apperance.
