It’s a kind of shell seafood sashimi, wrapping with asparagus slices, raw spring onions slices pairing with bit spicy sauce! Freshy shell meat in crispy texture! What a gooood starter!!
2) Caramelized pumpkin
Caramelized the pumpkin by forming a very thin layer of crispy crystallized sugar, adding on an extra texture to the pumpkin, other than its softness and natural sweetness. Spreading on some crunchy sweet nuts on top, perfect!
3) Shredded Celtuce Salad in jap fish sauce
The salad is presented in the soup noodle like , with white turnip puree on top with salmon roe and soaked into the jap fish sauce. This is such a creative presentation.
4) Charcoal grilled eel
By cooking the eel to just right and serving it to the table, then the waiter came over to add one more step perfecting the presentation of this charcoal grilled eel by putting on a big and hot charcoal on top of the eel, to make it having a crispy fish skin with the freshly cooked eel. The meat inside is in pink😍😍
5) Cosmopolitan
It is a cup of cocktail, mixing with:
Ketel One Citron + Cointreau + Cranberry Juice + Lime Juice,
giving it a very fresh & citrus flavour to this cocktail.
Overall the vibes of AOAO is chill and casual, with wide choices of the wine, cocktails and mocktails etc. Service is also excellent, caring and efficient! A very good dining experience!!
