火間土 (Closed)

We came arcoss this japanese restaurant in the Causeway Bay which we tried the japanese combo set by ordering it. The rice especially came from the origin of japan i think because i can certainly tell the differences to the rice that I uptake daily. The rice is smooth and well cooked, which the even i can taste a little sweetness from the rice. The pork cooked is soaked with unique japanese saucing, which indeed fits well with the served rice as a combo set.
