What is all the hype about Japanese pancakes in HK ? This chain store from Japan only serves three rounds soufflé pancakes a day ! I manage to get seats for two at 5:30pm on a weekday just before dinner. Every customer is obligated to order one portion of food or beverages. The soufflé pancake was served warm and fluffy. But it has a strong flour flavor and lack of egg aroma ! This is probably just for the photos 😂
