To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次去咗食印度Lunch Buffet 午巿自助餐–成人每位HK$138，聽落都幾抵食，試過就知質素真係唔錯。適合香港人口味XD 唔辣I like 印度薄脆、印度薄餅等等都係大推，平時出去食都要幾十蚊一半，呢度可以任食，好抵。印度薄脆我會鍾意變成BBQ醬同埋忌廉醬。而印度餅有奶油味，口感唔錯，食得出鮮味。薯仔餅係由廚師即席製造，真係少啲功夫都唔得。又整得幾好食，薯仔餡有口感，唔會好油，勁清新。調味都唔錯，推介大家去試。係一定要試！主菜部份，其實選擇都有好多，個人覺得咖喱海鮮幾好食，蝦仁爽口彈牙！咖哩素都好唔錯，味道甜甜地，咖喱味幾香，而且唔會話好辣，適合香港人的口味。配飯係超正，不過缺點係容易飽肚T.T甜點都唔錯，但係味道較甜!每位包一杯飲品，Lemonade好清新，平時嘅檸檬汁都會覺得好甜，但係呢間甜味適中，再一次證明適合香港人口味XD另有素食菜式可供選擇，就算係素食都有好多選擇架，值得一試。
