第一次食呢間陳儀興,餐廳內嘅環境算係乾淨企理,餐檯闊落,侍應非常有禮貌,姐姐好好人,有介紹主打菜式,可能因為疫情關係,唔算太多人,主要是屋邨街坊。叫左個崩沙舉腩搭牛丸粗麵,麵無鹼水味,幾好味,崩沙腩夠晒腍同入味,腩汁都好夠濃郁,叫全香港最最好又不至於,但是,也要認真要一試!另外,仲叫咗個牛坑腩拼崩沙牛腩麵,加紫菜,牛坑腩有咬口,同好香,唔錯,感覺比崩沙更好食,紫菜都好有味,食到冇沙,幼麵就比較上重鹼水味啲,但可以接受,下次黎應該要試下河粉。小食方面,嗌左炸魚皮同埋腐乳通菜, 炸魚皮夠晒脆,味道偏鹹,可以一試,通菜就正常,腐乳係好食嗰隻。 辣椒油方法,是潮州式果隻,夠香而唔算太辣,落落碗麵同牛腩都好夾!飲品方面,只叫左一杯熱檸蜜,味道不錯,不會太甜,又無苦澀味。

叫左個崩沙舉腩搭牛丸粗麵,麵無鹼水味,幾好味,崩沙腩夠晒腍同入味,腩汁都好夠濃郁,叫全香港最最好又不至於,但是,也要認真要一試!


另外,仲叫咗個牛坑腩拼崩沙牛腩麵,加紫菜,牛坑腩有咬口,
同好香,唔錯,感覺比崩沙更好食,紫菜都好有味,食到冇沙,幼麵就比較上重鹼水味啲,但可以接受,下次黎應該要試下河粉。
