To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 南豐紗廠的小店向來別具特色,今次選了一間以鮮花入饌的主題cafe,與朋友悠閒度過愜意的下午。❣️是日餐單🐖Meat Lover🥪鹿兒島豬扒、竹炭麵包、自家製醃紅椰菜、青蘋果椰菜沙律、是拉差沙律醬、食用花我和朋友都選了一樣的食物,因此不另放照片了。坦白說上菜時有點失望😅預想中我們都認為會以全日早餐的形式present,想不到是炸豬扒三文治😂😂豬扒略嫌油膩,幸好選用了較好的食材。豬扒厚身而新鮮,絕非合成肉。豬肉味濃郁而沒有豬肉臭味,肉質嫩滑。紅椰菜和青萍果椰菜沙律是夾了在麵包內,可惜量太少而豬扒極具份量,無法解除滯膩感。竹炭麵包則軟熟帶微甜,非常不錯。☕️Flat White午餐包一杯飲品,因此價錢與同幢其他cafe相約。咖啡香濃而不澀,奶泡豐盈,拉花也很漂亮,附送的小蛋糕也好味,有水準的咖啡☕️為整頓飯加了不少分數👍🏻咖啡店的燈光很美,裝潢陳設走輕奢風,很容易就拍到很美的照片😍😍非常適合閨密聚會。下次會點較打卡able的餐點😂😂
