早2日同豬仔去九龍灣睇完醫生後, 就煩惱緊晚餐去邊樹解決好...行到去德福2期, 一見到個水牌有呢間野豬仔就舉手話想試~~返正我都好似N年前食過一次咁多, 一於食下啦~~ 其實我自己好鍾意食小籠包, D湯汁真係好正冇耐之前拉左豬仔去新蒲崗食左一間, 雖然D肉餡就一般但超多汁,皮又薄今次睇下呢間又做成點啦~~去到大概八點, 得1,2group 人等位, 所以5分鐘有找就入得去喇睇睇menu.....價錢大概就中位啦...我地叫左幾樣野 一個雞絲粉皮, 一個擔擔麵, 一個上海排骨麵, 一客小籠包 仲有一客生煎包... (好重澱粉質的一餐XD)先上枱係雞絲粉皮嘩...咪睇影到好似好多咁, 其實好細碟....=___= 咁就54蚊...先形容下D粉皮, 真係不得不用厚切...成吋厚..........真係要o趙多2下先得.....要讚係佢個醬整得幾好, 好濃郁的麻醬味, 食落仲有D花生醬味添!!雞絲都冇雪味, 又唔o鞋~~算唔錯了!下一味上既係擔擔麵呢個唔得, 真係要負評!!因為豬仔仲有咳唔食得辣, 已經叫左佢小辣奇就奇在唔知點解小辣都仲係好辣, 嗆喉嚨個隻佢個湯真係得個辣字, 冇咸味, 但

其實我自己好鍾意食小籠包, D湯汁真係好正
冇耐之前拉左豬仔去新蒲崗食左一間, 雖然D肉餡就一般但超多汁,皮又薄
今次睇下呢間又做成點啦~~

去到大概八點, 得1,2group 人等位, 所以5分鐘有找就入得去喇

睇睇menu.....價錢大概就中位啦...

呢個唔得, 真係要負評!!
因為豬仔仲有咳唔食得辣, 已經叫左佢小辣
奇就奇在唔知點解小辣都仲係好辣, 嗆喉嚨個隻
佢個湯真係得個辣字, 冇咸味, 但又有D甜甜地, 好古怪
麵質亦偏向「笠」口, 唔夠爽
配埋個湯底, 食左兩啖已經冇咩意慾食落去
仲記得之前食詠藜園, 人地個擔擔麵係試一啖之後令人好有食慾
呢度呢個真係唔OK, 要改善下...

之後到主角上場喇 - 小籠包!!

一拎起, 都見到D湯汁係入面搖下搖下
但由頭一咬落個皮個下, 喂喂個皮點解咁乾又咁硬既..=____=
係食多一啖落到D肉同有湯汁既地方先變返軟熟...........orz

想講下個湯汁, 好甜好濃郁, 真係唔錯~
肉餡亦都夠實淨, 唔會散修修咁一夾就爛哂
整體黎講都係一個唔錯既小籠包, 不過個頂頂個度冇咁乾會仲好!

其實平時就麻麻地既對於生煎包, 因為好大隻, 食完又「笠」喉
呢間都整得唔錯, 個底煎得夠香, 脆脆地
肉餡同小籠包既應該係一樣, 包身都唔會太厚, OK既!~

最後登場係等左好耐的上海排骨麵

同之前擔擔麵係一樣既麵底, 所以唔多講喇
湯頭應該係搵鮮排骨淆出黎, 味道都偏淡口的
炸排骨方面...都係傳統上海整法, 有好厚的粉漿....
肉呢就o鞋左D...味道就都不過不失, 個炸皮唔夠香脆~

食哂以上一堆野, 我同豬仔決定再叫多客小籠包
都不失為佢地招牌菜~~個小籠包係唔錯的~~
但係建議佢地真係要再係其他菜式下多D苦功,
如果唔係好難再返轉頭幫襯啊~
