Brown Restaurant and Bar (Closed)

Usually come here at night, but since friend is working in happy valley and i had the afternoon off, we decided to come and try the lunch.she ordered a penne with chicken, mushrooms and sundried tomatos in cream sauce, and i ordered an nicoise salad.the pasta portion was huge, enough for two, very creamy sauce, and lots of ingredients.the salad was tiny, and the 3 pieces of "tuna" looked like burnt char siu, terrible.i think i'll stick to desserts and drinks for this place from now on...
