Shanghai cusine is one of my favorites.Today I went to a local old style Shanghai restautant for lunch.I ordered a set lunch with turnip and fried fish cakes.A bowl of soy beans pork bones soup was served.The beans were fine as well as the soup.The turnips were soft but tasteless and the fish cakes were well cooked.My side order was steam silk thread roll which diappointed me.The bun was soft but silk threads were not well kneaded.Lastly I tried the panfried dumplings.The partry was thick and ov
