To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

感覺不過不失......首先評服務，其實也算挺好，員工大多數都很努力，服務也不錯，但就是因為客人太多，但人手有點不夠，所以就顯得甩漏點了，也有漏單情況，但基於服務人員算客氣，亦有笑容，所以都給予讚啦！但是味道方面，就不得不說倒退了，但基於現在情況特殊，客人也不得不體諒吧，但個人覺得現在的味道水平真的跟Michelin Star米芝蓮的推介水平甚或與一星沒有關係了。當然，晚飯只是叫了幾道家常小菜，價錢也不是很貴，埋單兩個人不夠八百元，也不批評太多了。
