整個下午茶set擺盤政精緻非常,好iGable,未食先比貌相吸引,餐廳會將成個下午茶set吊喺枱上嘅欄杆,成個感覺好似係鳥籠入邊攞嘢食咁。

「焗龍蝦魚子醬撻」餡料豐富,料多撻薄,外層酥脆,鹹鮮鹹鮮的;「柑橘酸汁醃北海道刺身帶子件鮮果」酸甜爽口,幾開胃;「法式鵝肝及焦糖洋蔥煙豬腩撻」調味香濃;「煙三文魚青瓜三文治」則清爽解膩;「海膽多士」就質感好滑溜;「龍蝦濃湯」是個人的飛佛,精緻的一小杯,濃郁極致,好似龍蝦湯版本嘅Double Espresso咁。

甜品環節同樣都係做得好唔錯,最有驚喜係開心果奶凍,無論係開心果味同埋奶嘅味道都非常突出,相輔相成,又無搶去各自嘅風頭,本身就好鍾意開心果嘅甜品,而呢度確實味道調得好到位,質感滑溜非常,令我印象好深刻。
