To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早在半個月已經訂了枱,聽講大班摟嘅古法金錢雞超好食,所以打電話訂位時已經訂了,朋友介紹叫咗一碟雞油花雕大花蟹蒸陳村粉,辣椒膏九層塔炒蜆炒蜆,仲有一碟Wasabi魷真係好夾,特別係佢個金錢雞需要很多功夫出邊已經好少有,八個人叫咗八樣餸,樣樣都超好味,食完仲有自家製一杯仔杏仁茶同雪糕,真係好貼心,可以係下次大家飯聚幾好地方
