天氣有點涼,想食傳統韓式燒肉同事介紹下食左尖沙咀韓國街~喜來稀肉呢個牌子喺香港已經有好長時間,單點燒肉店呢講都算係老大哥,亞洲都好多分店!韓豚五花肉🐖喺食韓國燒肉呢話真係唔可以唔叫,用生菜包住剛燒好嘅五花肉配埋辣醬蒜片,油脂喺口入而爆發果個油香真係不可或缺嘅環節。比起坊間原條嘅豬腩肉,呢度嘅係切好嘅厚片,自己燒呢講比較容易控制火喉,個人比較喜歡呢個大小。護心肉(豬)🐖 牛同豬都有護心肉,豬護心肉肉質厚實唔韌,經過調味,微甜嘅味道帶出肉香。韓燒我一定叫呢款!!牛肋骨肉🐂 無論韓燒定日燒點少得叫份牛肉呢,加左一份牛肋骨肉,呢個部位肥瘦均勻,就算唔覺意燒耐左唔會變牛肉乾,始終係近骨部位,肉味都好豐富,唔會感覺好肥膩!大醬湯韓國湯品都係一大重點,唔係好大碗(兩人份量)非常足料,湯有半隻水蟹,蜆仔,蘿蔔片,翠肉瓜片,青辣椒粒,洋蔥片同金菇,唔會好辣,食完仲暖笠笠🤭整體💓:尖沙咀分店坐好舒適又舒服!檯與檯之間都有足夠嘅空間,而且自助燒肉,所以可以一路傾計一路慢慢食,張椅底係小箱仔夠放個袋同外套,完全阻隔燒肉味!記得任吃以下食品,絕對夠飽!芝士/泡菜爐邊蛋吸哂燒肉油香 超正!生菜配菜同自家製泡菜都
