To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又到一年一度既周年第一次睇戲紀念日,當然睇返套戲先啦,今日真係美好既一日。係澳運站睇完,就係附近食,我地都想樣樣食小小,鐘意試唔同食物,就去左添好運食中式點心啦。我地叫左佢地既招牌菜,鮮蝦腸粉,玻羅叉燒包同埋糯米雞。其實已經黎過幾次, 次次都叫叉燒包,因為佢好味又特別,係其他地方食既叉燒包就唔似呢到咁脆同多汁有料。仲有個好次鮮奶球一樣脆既頂頂皮, 好味。糯米雞,可以話係敗筆之作。雖然糯米夠粘同有咬口,但係唔夠入味,食左出面哥一浸,到裏面就有淡,好似蒸糯米飯這個布拉腸粉都好味,個皮好滑,蝦又大又有彈性,感覺上同天下第一腸差小小啫, 唔錯唔錯。
