To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一向都係三姐既長期客仔, 今次真係要為三姐抱不平啦...最近經三姐既推介, 試左2個新菜, 一個係前菜好似係叫" MA 香水晶粉" 最初介紹時真係唔知咩黎..心想有新野WOW 就試下啦.. 食落都幾開胃.. !! 唔錯..可以一試另外一個就係"互"香豬軟骨"互"頭好香好林.. D豬軟骨忟得好軟..如果大家唔知食咩.. 呢個都係一個好選擇..之後都叫左個炒豆苗同一個隻豉油雞.. 味道依然WOW...!!
