🌟Sushi
The standout dish was undoubtedly the red sea urchin. The Hokkaido sea urchin used by the restaurant was incredibly fresh and the sweetest I’ve tasted recently. The seared tuna belly also had an excellent texture; the fish oil aroma was rich, bursting with flavor at the first bite, melting beautifully in the mouth. The flavors of the sole and silver cod were particularly intense.

The only area for improvement would be the chef‘s technique in forming the hand-pressed sushi. Some pieces were not compact enough, making them fall apart when picked up.

🌟Wagyu Sukiyaki
There were two thin slices of wagyu, which were quite tender, but the onions were a bit overwhelming. It would be better to increase the vegetables and reduce the amount of onion.
