Artisan de la Truffe is founded in Paris and has multiple outlets all over the world.  The Food Story has managed to take this brand to Hong Kong and we finally get to try this acclaimed truffle restaurant! Having tried the one in Paris, their portion here in Hong Kong is a lot smaller. Having tried the one in Paris, their portion here in Hong Kong is a lot smaller. The overall decor of the restaurant is more of a clean Japanese style, which is quite different to the one in Paris....
 
Dedicated to all things truffle-infused, I came here for a truffle lunch set at quite an affordable price. Depending on the truffle seasons, they serve good quality black or white truffle here. 

We started off with the bread basket. I loved how the butter has a hint of truffle flavour in it.

Highlights of my meal - Tartare de Boeuf.  Chopped raw beef is always on my favourite list when it comes to french and korean cusines. The beef tartare was so juicy and flavourful, served with truffle shavings and a bit of truffle oil.

The  Foie Gras Poêlé with caramelized apple, topped with truffle jus and truffle shavings was impeccable. Foie gras was pan seared nicely, crispy on the outside. Tasted wonderful with the berry sauce.

Tagliatelle served with truffle shavings was served with a creamy truffle sauce and smooth parmesan cream. We definitely enjoyed the truffle shaving service at the table.

Tortellini with truffle shavings as usual. Texture of pasta was great. I don't exactly what was the filling but each tortellini was stuffed with so much meat and veggie.
