I was shopping at Kwai Chung Plaza today and kept seeing people with this intriguing round shape bread, so I walked around the mall in search of the place that sells this snack.I found this place on the 2nd floor, and this korean snack is called 10 cent cheese bread, $40 per piece. After I tried it, I found out that it is not really bread but more like cake like texture with mozzarella stuffed inside.It is made by first pouring a bit of the cake batter into the machine and then a piece of mozz

After I tried it, I found out that it is not really bread but more like cake like texture with mozzarella stuffed inside.
It is made by first pouring a bit of the cake batter into the machine and then a piece of mozzarella was put on top of the cake batter, then some more cake batter was poured over to cover it up.
I found the 'bread' to be very cheesy and the 'bread' have a bit sweet taste . The bread is ok but I found it to be quite small for $40, so I will only try it once.
