Ktichen services were so slow

We visited recently with around 8 friends, the food was good to be honset but kitchen services were so bad as they were SLOW! We were waiting for almost 3 hrs to get our main course.We complaint to the manager and they said we ordered a lot of food but we have told them the appetizer and main course we ordered were all set course and no need to cook or really takes a lot of time to prepare like soup, oyster but it took so long to deliver!We wont' come back unfortunately as long hrs waiting were
