今晚四人飯聚,挑了一個菜牌、菜名都很用心製作的巿政大廈大排檔 ...這晚有限量製作:還在討論吃什麼時,大家三扒兩撥以把桌上小吃,“青瓜雲耳”掃光。 大家都年過半百,另外三位竟然都沒吃過“砵仔焗魚腸”!這道菜還可以,但魚腸不夠多,於是不夠香、不夠味,那粉嫩口感也差點兒,但那三個麻甩佬已如沐春風。 “西芹龍躉球”,不錯,魚肉夠新鮮,彈牙。 “油鹽水浸花甲”,鮮甜,我們連湯也喝光。 “鍋貼小棠菜”,很香,很脆口,老闆說是用腐皮包著小棠菜,再沾點什麼炸的,挺酥脆。 “炸子雞半隻”,還可以。 “咕嚕肉”,用火龍果及彩椒做配菜,很鮮甜,咕嚕肉好像是用豬頸肉做的,嫩中帶咬勁,很好。 “西芹炒豬面青”,火候十足,大排檔風味,但這兩食材前面出現過,沒太大驚喜。 “清炒菜心苗”,是今天的驚喜,菜薳脆嫩,鮮甜,原來老闆娘日間開菜檔的,難怪!
