HOWE Cafe (Closed)

I came by Kwan tong to have lunch with a friend and we found this cute restaurant upstairs which also sells furnitures. My friend had the rose latte and the egg omu rice and the lighting made everything look greater than it really was.she enjoyed her food and drink but mine wasn’t that great. there was indeed a lot of veggies with my burger but the salmon was so small that you can’t even see it in this photo. I also ordered a green tea latte but it was soo sweet I had to add extra water.
